Service Providers to Benefit From Addition of World-Class Talent
Palo Alto, Calif., Sep 13, 2007 -Aricent, a full-service, full-spectrum communications software company, today announced that DataLinx has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Aricent. DataLinx is a leader in consulting, system integration and software development based in Tarrytown, New York, USA. The combination of Aricent and DataLinx will benefit service providers worldwide.
DataLinx, founded in 1992, adds a highly experienced team of 400 consultants and developers based in the USA to the Aricent organization. The DataLinx transaction is further evidence of Aricent's global expansion strategy to establish locations close to clients and relentlessly pursue the leading communications industry talent in the world.
